Here are our Refund Policy

Don't ask for refund on things we can fix.

-VPN accessibility
-Subtitles
-Language of VOD


We have a 36Hours return policy, which means you have {36Hours} after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your must have with you the email address for purchase and the Order ID.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@magicaliptv.com. Fill up the form, include your name, email address and Order ID.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return notification email, as well as instructions and the status of your refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and initiated your  refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@magicaliptv.com.

If not satisfy with trial don't subscribe for premium, You will not be eligible for refund
